We offer two delivery options for your purchases. Standard delivery for orders under 2kg and free 48-hour tracked delivery for all UK orders over £50.00.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email. For more information on delivery zones, click here.
Returns & Refund Information
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. These candles will fill in your room with beautiful scent in a few minutes. They are the most potent smelling candles I have had so far. So much so I bought 10. I thought they would be a nice gift to my family and friends.

Revolting smell, wouldn't get that again :( and the pot was all rusty so not great
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 15cm between burning candles to avoid heat concentration.
- Ensure the candle is placed upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface to prevent tipping or heat damage.
- Trim the wick to 5mm and keep it evenly spaced to prevent excessive smoke and ensure an even burn.
- Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours continuously to avoid overheating or uneven burning.
- Discontinue use when only 10mm of wax remains to prevent the container from overheating.
