Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be processed on our return and may experience small delays. Please be aware that during sales and promotions lead times may increase.

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
