I now have one of these lovely diffusers in every room of the house - and in my car! The scent is natural-smelling with an hint of patchouli. The scent releases slowly through the reeds (which are provided with each refill), and gently wafts around the room. Each refill lasts a long time and is much nicer than using an aerosol or a branded supermarket diffuser, which I think always smell so artificial by comparison.
