Our dedication and commitment to providing you with a superior candle starts with our design team and then continues through every step of the production process. 

Once we have an idea for a new fragrance it is passed on to our technical team for development. Creating the perfect candle takes some considerable time and requires attention to every last detail. Balancing the fragrance, so you have an even scent diffusion for the entire life of your candle is one of our specialities. Along with ensuring that every last drop of wax burns, so you are guaranteed the highest quality at all times offering real value for money.

We even have our own testing laboratory where we conduct extensive burn trials before a candle can be passed on to our factory for initial production runs. Once we are confident that the candle meets our high quality standards, it is moved on to our talented production team for their expertise. Each candle is then hand poured and hand finished by a skilled team of artisans, who take great pride in their work and know that their experience counts for everything. Each candle we make is fully traceable right back to its production time and date. A selection of candles from each batch produced is then sent for the last of our burn trials as a further quality control measure.

Finally our team of lovely packers then beautifully wrap our candles with care so when they arrive at their final destination, they look like the premium candles they are.
